By Purchasing merchandise with Salon Pacific Beauty Supplies, you agree and accept our trading terms and conditions.

Salon Pacific Beauty Supplies is a strictly trade-only supplier of hair, nails & beauty products and equipment. To be eligible to purchase with Salon Pacific Beauty Supplies the purchaser is required to provide documentation showing either trade qualification within the Hair/Nail/Beauty industry or current enrollment in an Australian approved training establishment completing a course in either Hair, Nails or Beauty.

All orders/invoices are required to be paid for in full before products are dispatched, unless an account has been authorised and approved by management of Salon Pacific Beauty Supplies.

All stock and equipment remains the property of Salon Pacific Beauty Supplies until paid for in full.

Payment options for all invoices and accounts are:

Credit Card  – Payments can be made either over phone or with online ordering as a registered customer with www.salonpacific.com.au

Prices are subject to change without notification.

All prices include GST and shown on all invoices.

Freight is payable on all orders by purchaser unless advised otherwise.

Goods are dispatched at purchasers risk.

No claims in respect of goods will be recognised by Salon Pacific Beauty Supplies unless received in writing.

Return Goods

Any return goods need to be authorized by Salon Pacific Beauty Supplies prior to the return of the goods.  The goods are subject to inspection before a credit is applied.  Stock returns, depending on the condition of the goods may incur a handling charge of 50% at Salon Pacific Beauty Supplies discretion. These items are to be returned to Salon Pacific Beauty Supplies with relevant documentation ie; invoice and a signed letter outlining the reason for return.  Any postage or freight costs incurred for the return of the goods will be at the expense of the purchaser.  If the return goods are deemed as faulty a credit may be applied to the purchasers account for any postage/freight costs once a receipt has been provided to Salon Pacific Beauty Supplies.

Delivery of goods

The expected time of delivery within Australia for orders placed with Salon Pacific Beauty Supplies once dispatched is approximately 1-7 business days depending on the locality of the purchaser.  Longer deliver times may be experienced if the purchasers delivery address is deemed as rural or remote as set out by courier companies used
