Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs vary and start from $12.00, dependant on destination and size.  We will always endeavour to send goods the most economical way for you.  In some cases where the shipping for your order may be higher than the minimum costs we will advise you prior to processing your order. If you are making payment by bank transfer we will email you an ‘invoice ready for payment’ which will confirm the correct amount including gst and all shipping costs.

Dispatch of goods is normally by contract carrier or Australia Post, however we reserve the right to deliver goods by any other reasonable means.

You agree that you will be responsible for all delivery costs unless otherwise stated.

You or your agent must be at the nominated delivery address to take delivery of goods.

Should you wish to have an ‘authority to leave’ instruction added to your order for the delivery of your goods, you do so at your own risk.  Salon Pacific Beauty Supplies is not liable for any loss or damage of goods left on your instructions at your unattended delivery address.

Additions to orders where the original order has already been processed will be treated as a new and separate order.  You will receive a separate invoice, dispatch and freight charge.

Salon Pacific Beauty Supplies will not be liable to rectify incorrect supply of goods due to your incorrect placing of order or damage to goods unless you advise us within 48 hours of taking delivery of goods.

Salon Pacific Beauty Supplies will not accept returns of goods any later than fourteen days (14) after the date of the invoice simply due to change of mind.  Returned goods must be accompanied by a photocopy of the invoice relating to them and you must advise Salon Pacific Beauty Supplies prior to this return.  We will not accept returns of goods that are not in the same condition as when supplied.

Salon Pacific Beauty Supplies will not be liable for claims under warranty unless you provide our invoice as proof of date of purchase.
