Nak hair perming neutraliser for a system which is a mild alkaline perm steeped with unique mineral-rich Bio-Marine vitamins & nutrients, Chitin & Sea Alage, for increased elasticity, moisture, strength and condition.

Directions: We only recommend water winding. On completion of winding, spot apply each rod in 3 places then dampen each rod thoroughly with solution, beginning at the back. We recommend a test curl to check that the perm has processed.
