energy. The stones can be placed on various areas of the body including trigger points.
Hot stones encourage blood and lymph flow, and provide
soothing heat for deep tissue massage. C cold stones aid with inflammation,
moving blood out of the area and balancing male/female energies.
The stones can also be held in the practitioner’s hands
and used for massaging tight muscle areas.
