Q. Can't see prices?
A. You have to become a member in order to see prices! You do not have to purchase anything to become a member, you do however have to supply either an ABN or ACN, Salon Pacific sells to the trade only.

Q. Is it really only going to cost me $9.90 to ship a massage bed?
A. No, it is going to cost more! When you purchase a massage bed (or some other large items) we will contact you to verify shipping costs prior to debiting your card.

Q. Can I have a monthly account?
A. Sorry, We are unable to offer account facilities, all purchases must be paid for prior to delivery.

Q. I don't like using my Credit Card on the Internet, what can I do?
A. Easy! Pay by Direct Deposit into our Account (details are provided when you checkout), phone us with your CC details or fax your details to us. Please do not ever under any circumstances send your CC details in an Email.
