1. All online credit card orders are charged when the order is placed by you, i.e. at the time you decide to proceed with your order. We are unable to offer account facilities.
2. Salon Pacific Beauty Supplies uses State of the Art SSL Security (SSL 3.0, RC4 with 128 bit encryption (High); RSA with 1024 bit exchange). However, if you do not wish to use your credit card over the internet we accept other forms of payment. You can make payment also by Direct Deposit, fax or phone. Never under any circumstances send your Credit Card details to us via Email.

3. Our prices and/or products are subject to change without notice. You will be invoiced for goods at prices current at the date of dispatch. All prices are invoiced per item including GST. GST total is shown per invoice total and not itemized.
4. You agree that the minimum order to be placed and paid by credit card which we shall accept will be $20.00.
5. Dispatch of goods is normally by contract carrier or by parcel post, however we reserve the right to deliver goods by any other reasonable means.
6. You agree that you will be responsible for all delivery costs unless otherwise stated.
7. You or your agent must be at your delivery address to take delivery of goods. We will not be liable for damage to or loss of goods left on your instructions at your unattended delivery address.
8. Additions to orders will be treated as separate orders. You will receive a separate invoice, dispatch and freight charge once the initial order has been packed and processed.
9. We will not be liable to rectify incorrect supply of goods or damage to goods unless you advise us within 48 hours of taking delivery of goods.
10. We will not accept returns of goods any later than fourteen days (14) after the date of the invoice. Returned goods must be accompanied by a photocopy of the invoice relating to them. We will not accept returns of goods that are not in the same condition as when supplied.
11. We will not be liable for claims under warranty unless you provide our invoice as proof of date of purchase.
12. We reserve the right to correct any clerical errors.
